Astra Fellowship for young leaders of tomorrow is designed to provide software engineers, technology professionals, innovators and creatives with the skills necessary to build their capacity for personal, professional and entrepreneurial leadership.

The Astra Fellowship Leadership program was birthed from a desire to ensure that tech talents are well-rounded in their output in the corporate world.

  • The name Astra is a Latin word that means Star, and its use references the Latin proverb going back 2000 years: “per aspera ad astra," which translated means “through adversity to the stars,”

  • To equip entrepreneurs with essential skills through comprehensive training to enhance their business performance and increase revenue.

  • Bode Pedro, a veteran tech entrepreneur, passionate about developing leadership skills and fostering personal growth for the future genenaration.

About Astra 2.0

Astra Fellowship will be collaborating with United Way Greater Nigeria to facilitate the second edition of its outreach.

This year, Astra is focused on SME entrepreneurs, improving the financial and digital literacy skills gap that hinders them from effective finance management and online product marketing.
